Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice, effective as of 3 July 2026, is intended to make clear what sorts of data I, Catherine Richards Golini, collect from you, what I do with it, and how my users (“you”) can control what happens to it.
I take every step I can to ensure your data is safe. I don’t keep any information that isn’t necessary, and you can control the data I hold about you at any time.
Who I am. This check is run by Catherine Richards Golini, a sole trader based in Switzerland. If you have any questions about your data, contact me at catherine@catherinerichardsgolini.com
What I collect, and what I keep. If you take my AI Readiness Check and choose to receive your result by email, I collect the email address you give me. The answers you give in the check are used to generate your personalised result and are then deleted — I don't keep them. I don't ask for your name or your organisation's name. So the only personal information I might keep is your email address, and only if you choose to give it.
Why I collect it, and the lawful basis.
- To send you the personalised result you asked for. (I do this because you've requested it.)
- To send you occasional notes about using AI for content, but only if you tick the optional box. (I do this on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.)
- To understand, in aggregate, how the check is used, so we can improve it. (This uses only combined, anonymous totals, not anything that identifies you.)
Who else sees it. I use trusted services to run the check and send emails, and they process your information on my behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Tally to run the check and generate your PDF result. Tally is based in the EU and stores all form data on servers in Europe, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- MailerLite to send you emails, if you opt in to updates.
- Calendly if you choose to book a call.
Where a provider stores data outside Switzerland and the EU (for example, a US-based tool), I rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer. I don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
How long I keep it. If you don't opt in to updates, we don't keep anything about you: your email address is used to send your result and is then deleted shortly afterwards. If you do opt in, we keep your email address in our mailing tool until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, and I review the list yearly to clear addresses that are no longer active.
Your rights. You can ask to see the information held about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to emails at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). You also have any other rights available to you under the data protection law that applies to you. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to a regulator: our home authority is the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), and if you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your own national authority (for example, the ICO in the UK).
Changes. If I change how I handle your data, I'll update this notice. Last updated: 3 July 2026.
