AI Policy Workshop
Your AI Content Policy — Agreed in One Session
Most patient groups and charities know they should have something written down about AI. Very few do. Not because it's hard to write, but because nobody has made the decisions it depends on — and everyone's waiting for someone else to.
This session makes those decisions. In two hours, together.
How it works
Beforehand, you send me a sample of your content and I arrive with a starting draft already shaped around your organisation — not a blank page. We spend two hours online making the decisions. Within a week, you get the finished policy, written in your voice and ready for trustees.
What We Agree
-
Which content types are in scope — newsletters, social, funding bids, first drafts of information.
-
Personal stories, lived experience, anything making a clinical claim. This is usually the fastest to agree and the most strongly felt.
-
Patient data, member details, unpublished work, anything identifiable.
-
A review ladder that fits the team you actually have, not the one a template assumes.
-
Whether and how you tell members where AI helps. Most organisations have never considered this, and it's the decision that protects them most.
-
And when it gets looked at again, so it isn't a document that dies in a shared drive.
Why it's worth doing now
The risk to patient trust isn't using AI. It's using it without having decided how, and having nothing to say when someone asks. Funders, NHS partners and information standards all increasingly expect a documented process. This gives you one.
£495 for your organisation, online. Bring whoever needs to be in the room.
No need to have done the content training first. Plenty of organisations start here.
Larger organisations with several teams involved — get in touch. It's a bigger piece of work and I'll quote for it.
