AI agents are tools that can do more than answer questions. They can search for information, summarise documents, draft letters and handle routine tasks for you. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explain in plain language what AI agents are and show how patient organisations can use them safely, for example to save volunteer time, keep up with research, or answer members’ questions. We’ll also cover their limits, privacy and data protection, and when human judgement must stay in charge.

Before the workshop, we meet briefly to understand your needs and I prepare a first version. During the workshop, your team learns how the agent works, tests it on real examples, and adapts it. You leave with a working tool, clear guidance on privacy and data protection, and the confidence to maintain it yourselves.
